Speaker: Dr. Shannon Das
Shannon obtained his PhD from The University of Sydney, where he studied the oxidative stress pathways leading to posterior capsular opacification formation. To further his knowledge of ocular diseases and oxidative stress, he undertook postdoctoral training at The John Curtin School of Medical Research. He recently joined the ZEISS ANZ team as a product application specialist in light microscopy. Shannon has a passion for light microscopy and hopes to use his research background and role at ZEISS to help others better achieve their microscopy goals.
